Dear Faster-Care Doctors and Staff,

"I want to express my heart-felt appreciation to each of you for the outstanding care and quick diagnosis you provided during my recent health "event."  For about two weeks, I had been suffering from what I self-diagnosed as a really bad case of indigestion.  Had you not been open that evening as I was driving home from work, I likely would have continued to put off seeking medical care.  When I arrived at your

facility, coupled with my bad case of indigestion, I was experiencing pain in the center of my back, numbness down my left arm, and a very cold left hand.  It didn't take long for your staff to recognize I was in the midst of a serious heart attack!  After the doctors and staff quickly ran the necessary tests and stabilized me, it was only moments until the ambulance was called to transport me to the hospital.  That night and the next day, I went through two angioplasty procedures to implant three stints in my heart.
